Maura Kidwell is a Chicago-based audition coach, actor, director, screenwriter and playwright. TV credits include THE BEAR (Hulu), SIRENS (USA), SOUTH SIDE (HBO Max), JOE PERA TALKS WITH YOU (Comedy Central), CHICAGO MED, FIRE and JUSTICE (NBC). Film credits include GRASSHOPPERS (dir. Brad Bischoff), CRAFTED FOR CHRISTMAS (dir. Jack C. Newell), and Cursive frontman Tim Kasher’s directorial debut, NO RESOLUTION.As a theatre artist, Maura has enjoyed the role of Associate Director for THE CHINESE LADY at Timeline Theatre, as well as acting roles on many Chicago stages, including Steppenwolf, Goodman, and Court Theater.
