Our Philosophy

1st Team Actors Studio provides the highest caliber of training to aspiring actors through mentorship, education, collaboration and support. We strive to change the industry in positive ways while providing a nurturing and creative environment for every actor who walks through our doors.

We created this training program when we saw a real need for solid training in our local market. What started as a few classes rapidly turned into an incredible community of actors supporting actors. We were seeing what was once a far off goal become a reality for our students and are so proud of what this studio has become. As owners, we wanted to take this opportunity to express our sincere belief in you. We know that you are all talented and passionate, and we are excited to see what you will accomplish in the future.

The film industry is a challenging one, but we also know that it is one of the most rewarding. There is nothing quite like the feeling of seeing your film on the big screen, or knowing that you have touched the hearts of audiences with your story.

We believe that you have the potential to do great things in this industry. You have the skills, the creativity, and the passion to succeed. All you need is the right support and guidance, a great work ethic, and to never give up on your dreams.

Here are a few tips to help you on your journey:

• Always be learning. The film industry is constantly changing, so it is important to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies. There are many great resources available to you, such as online courses, workshops, and festivals.
• Network with other filmmakers. One of the best ways to learn and grow is to surround yourself with other people who share your passion for filmmaking. Get involved in your local film community, and attend industry events.
• Don't be afraid to fail. Failure is a part of the learning process. Everyone makes mistakes, especially early on in their careers. The important thing is to learn from your mistakes and keep moving forward.
• Believe in yourself and your ability to succeed and surround yourselves with a community who believes in you too!
